Each Inn 's needs are different so rates will be customized to fit individual needs. Prior to finalizing a contract I provide a pre-employment questionnaire to help us focus discussion on your needs and services. When you return from your trip you will receive a complete follow-up report of daily activities and menus summarized for your review.
BASIC FEE: Daily Rates Range from $100.00 to $200.00.
INCLUDES:
- Check In and Check Out Guests
- Taking reservations and doing all work to confirm them
- Breakfast preparation and serving it in the style that is the Inns custom
- Preparation and serving early morning, afternoon or late night snacks and beverages as necessary
- Keeping kitchen and dining area clean
- Light housekeeping of common areas
- Freshening rooms of stay-overs in Inns with 4 bedrooms or less
- Turn down service, if applicable
- Some accounting and record keeping along with credit card processing and deposits, etc
- Making menus and grocery shopping
- I will greet all visitors to your inn, conduct tours and answer all questions keeping in mind that all visitors may one day be your guest
- I will familiarize myself with your area so I can assist your guests with directions, dinner reservations, entertainment and activities available.

HOUSEKEEPING OPTIONS
For Inn 's with no outside housekeeping staff or weekly help, I can offer additional housekeeping services
$15.00 per room for a turn over
$ 5.00 additional for cleaning oversized whirlpool tubs
$ 5.00 additional for freshening rooms for stay overs in Inns with more than 4 bedrooms
All fees can be negotiated and I look forward to hearing from you and discussing your specific thoughts and needs

TRAVEL FEES
$.40 per driving mile, one way only, return will not be charged
Air Travel is negotiable -- i.e. barter for stay in your inn after the job is complete
MEETINGS, WEDDING OR OTHER EVENTS:
Rates are negotiable based on duties required
Long term rates (over 30 days) are available and negotiated upon request

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
Upon a verbal agreement I will complete a contract and send it to you for review and completion. This will have to be returned with a 50% deposit to hold your dates open should you find it necessary to cancel; I require a 30 day notice in writing. Cancellations within the 30 days will not be refunded unless I can rebook the dates; if that is the case the deposit will be refunded in full less $50.00 for handling and paperwork
